Does anyone play armored core 4 online

Milton Keynes, UK - June 15th: Games is today pleased to confirm further details of the online and multiplayer features of the forthcoming action title Armored Core 4 on both Xbox and PlayStation 3.

Xbox players will experience extreme online and system link multiplayer action in games of up to eight players. The Xbox version also features full leader board support. PlayStation 3 gamers can join in multiplayer online matches for up to eight people, as well as enjoy system link multiplayer via network cable and split-screen action for two players on the same console.

As a side note, AC is only weak in the west. Always has been, even during the glory days of AC2 and AC4. In Japan, though, AC is a big-ass monster of a franchise; not that big, but still quite big.

AC4 and ACFA are good but AC5 and ACVD are better online and in general your not forced to finish a mission to keep playing the game, you can replay missions as much as you want and even beat the final boss before you fight any unidentified weapons. I dunno why people keep saying that ACV-ACVD "goes back to their roots", because the change in verticality, the damage system, the handling, and the boost mechanics are nothing like old AC games.

But, the story of ACV seemed okay at least. But bulky AC designs aren't my thing. Also, I'm going to agree that ACFA is more for people with the better reflexes in the world, which I don't have, but ACV was too complicated for my taste with its numerous scan modes and the fact you don't know how much AP you have left or how much ammo you have left. And not having flight in ACV is unfortunate. Personal preference.

Other's could prefer ACV for whatever reason, but I prefer ACFA over ACV for how much simpler it was to me than ACV, also, If I'm not wrong, the Raven, or character you play as through is a mercenary, that actually has a somewhat free choice of mission to play, and you got a different result from doing that, which I liked a bit more. Not a resistance member, that just runs around to bring down some person, but would still have the same ending.

Haven't seen any videos of it yet. Although, AC3 Portable may have the same ending no matter which missions you do, but a free choice of missions that MAY still lead up to the same ending either way is my personal favourite. Scan Mode is completely integral to the ACV -era, but generally, you'll only need to activate scan mode when you want to identify the enemy count, look for hidden enemies, or most importantly , scan for enemy weaknesses or recover energy faster.

Even then, it's easy to play effectively without using Scan Mode. Going to player characters, you play as a resistance member in 9 out of the 81? For the rest of the missions, you'd be a Migrant basically a wastelander-merc. Verdict Day has you back as a mercenary. You should give the games a try. I'll see what I can do, though I'm probably going to fail quite a bit I definitely need to check some HD videos now And also Silent Line's ending.
