I personally like my E71 although may end up with an E75 but others here like the idea of having a Blackberry. Very briefly So Mail for Exchange on Nokias is the easiest, quickest and cheapest solution. Blackberry is no doubt a superior, more advanced solution that will offer a better user experience.
But it comes with added software and licensing costs, additional infrastructure to support and it requires your staff to learn a new set of skills, so training costs should be considered too. This is in addition to the new handsets you may want to go for. Whether the cost and time is justified by the benefits only you and your colleagues can decide.
The question you have to ask is what is it your current solution doesn't do that you feel you need? I would personally suggest a half-way house.
I would at least trial some Windows Mobile devices. The ActiveSync integration is second to none and there would be no additional costs associated, other than Windows Mobile handsets. But you would benefit from the increased compatibility of this combination As you run , you will also have things like the ability to search email on the Exchange server from your mobile and the ability to set your Out of Office Assistant from it too. I'm a forgetful sod so this is a lifesaver for me! More importantly That's just my take on things.
I know in many companies the senior management get caught up in the Blackberry hype and feel they need to be seen with one, so I've faced similar dilemmas in the past. Buy in something like a HTC Touch Pro 2, set it up to connect to Exchange and flash it under the eyes of the senior decision makers and see what response you get. No worries I've supported Nokia Intellisync, Exchange and ActiveSync and and I've been involved in numerous debates and conversations about switching to Blackberry and Blackberry demos etc, so I know how much of a nightmare it can be to get your head around every option.

To fix existing duplicates, you have to reconfigure your ActiveSync profile or at least the calendar synchronization disable and enable afterwards.
It's NOT recommended to use the client without a secure connection in production environments! Other devices like Windows Mobile implement this functionality correctly. Z- Push implements a workaround for this in Z- Push 1. This is a paid app which has proven to be functional with Z- Push.
It has been reported that in some cases the app is not able to connect to Z- Push. Please make sure that the provisioning is enabled in Z- Push. Also check the SSL certificate valid domain names.
